The Sherwin-Williams Company Lead Power Platform Developer in Cleveland, Ohio

The Lead Enterprise Systems Developer role is responsible for leading analysis, designing, developing, configuring, and implementing enterprise-wide systems across various functional areas. The incumbent will partner with technical peers and stakeholders to enable product teams to run applications on platforms that are managed, secure, supported and governed in line with the overall business strategy. The Enterprise Systems Programmer role will require the incumbent to ensure the health, security, and upgradeability of the platforms, and establish strategies and frameworks for the systems in alignment with the organization's overall policy. Lead and provide guidance to the team in evaluating current enterprise-wide systems, and provide strategic recommendations to ultimately drive system efficiency Establish and communicate technical perspective when collaborating with product teams to understand their needs and develop a comprehensive solution based on their requirements Provide guidance and leadership to the team and devise strategies to develop and implement enterprise-wide system modifications and upgrades Oversee and lead the development and implementation of integration and automation solutions across projects and teams Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to establish metrics and monitor system performance Establish a strategic approach to develop and maintain programming and system documentation Partner with stakeholders across the organization and lead the implementation of system upgrades, while establishing project management methodologies for the team to leverage Provide guidance to the team in creating technical documentation and optimize the post-implementation support processes Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the use of low code / no code solutions, identifying opportunities for implementation, automation, process improvement, and service delivery enhancements Lead the standardization of system configurations and optimize the use of reusable components to enable Product Teams to rapidly build and deploy complex systems Education Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, at least 12 years of experience in enterprise-wide systems programming Preferred Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics certifications Knowledge & Experience 6-8 years of experience in enterprise-wide systems programming Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle Proven track record in writing code, debugging, testing, and deploying code in a variety of environments Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Technical Skills Programming Languages Web Services & APIs Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodology Automated Testing Tools Cloud Technologies & Platforms Data Analysis Data Security Secure Coding Standards System Architecture Preferred 5+ years of development experience with Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform components and complimentary O365 tools such as: Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Entra ID, SharePoint and Teams Demonstrated understanding of Power Platform licensing This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.
