The IT Manager, Facilities Experience Engineering will manage the technical development and delivery of facilities digital products for PCG business units. The manager's focus will be to support and enable our FX strategy while ensuring we build supportable and maintainable solutions in alignment to our Digital Technology's (DT) strategy and vision. As an IT Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Partner with IT and Business leaders on strategy and technical execution around facility facing digital solutions. Grow relationships with the teams many partners across business operations, technology domains and 3rd parties. Establish and/or refine data-driven metrics on key results for team's performance and value to our business partners. Determine staffing and skills requirements for FX Engineering team. Lead, guide, and coach digital software delivery practices to engineers on the team. Deliver solution architecture guidance and direction for strategic business capabilities. Participate and provide influence to the digital technical strategy facility solutions. Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity. Formal Education Required: Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) or in lieu of a degree, at least 12 years of experience in the field of Information Technology or Business (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of Information Technology or Business). Knowledge and Experience Required: 10+ years of IT and/or business experience. 4+ years of leadership and management experience (direct reports). 8+ years of experience in software development. 3+ years of solution architecture experience 1+ years of experience in Agile practices is preferred. Experience leading technical strategies for a digital product. Experience building modular n-tiered digital products in the cloud leveraging modern application architecture patterns and best practices. Technical Requirements: Excellent written and oral communications skills. Demonstrated leadership ability. Exceptional ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly. Experience communicating complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely to executives, stakeholders, and IT resources in both technical and user-friendly language to attain buy-in. Demonstrated experience with time management and prioritization and ability to balance multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment. Results oriented mindset, with demonstrated ability to achieve aspirational goals and challenge the status quo Demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of technical documentation. Motivated and competent to develop objectives and timelines to accomplish goals. Well organized and able to manage multiple and changing priorities. Exceptional systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to quickly pick up new tools and technologies. Willingness and ability to train and teach others. Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, and to lead and influence cross-organizationally with and without direct authority.
