Assist Strategic Pricing Manager for the Aerospace Group. Responsible for optimizing analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and overall pricing support across all divisions within the Aerospace Systems Segment.

Essential Functions

Coordinates and analyzes monthly metrics that drive profitable growth and presents to management.

Designs and supports implementation of continuous improvement solutions that improve the customer experience, both internal and external facing.

Project manages activities, milestones, and key stakeholders to support deployment of critical projects for the Group.

Participates in pricing negotiations on cross-divisional Elite customers. Analyzes, communicates and presents material at the division and group level.

Assists in regular monitoring of current economic conditions, market environment, and industry pricing standards.

Project manages and participates in on-site division reviews as needed.

Qualifications

  • BS in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain

  • 2-3 years of relative experience

  • Strong skills in project management, communication, and data analytics

  • Willing and capable of facilitating change across the organization

  • Must be able to maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping pricing information confidential
