​As a Lead Technicia n you will utilize specialized technical expertise with an analytical/scientific method or operational process to perform a broad range of complex work assignments.

RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION  ​  ​

Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do: ​

• Work autonomously within established procedures and practices, proposing improvements to processes and methods as needed. Obtain required samples of finished product during packaging operations for laboratory testing

• Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.

• May act as a team lead, providing subject matter guidance.

• Impacts the effectiveness of broader cross-functional teams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS ​

Requirements: ​

• A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent is required.

• Associates degree is preferred.

• 3+ years-experience working in a manufacturing environment is required (Requires specialized technical expertise within an analytical/scientific method or operational process to perform a broad range of complex work assignments. Will also need to be able to understands how own and related teams’ efforts impact cross-functional objectives)

In addition, successful candidate must meet the following physical qualifications, with or without accommodation:

• Willing and able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment as required

• Willing and able to occasionally lift and move objects that weigh up to 40 lbs

• Willing and able to work in a restricted, electrically classified area for use of flammable and combustible materials
