Job Description:

Job Title: ETL Developer Location:Remote Job Type:Full-Time Experience Level:3-5 Years Job Description: We are looking for a talented ETL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter and will be responsible for managing ETL processes from source to target mapping through to deployment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source to Target Mapping:Analyze and interpret source to target mapping documents to understand data transformation requirements.
  • Workflow Updates:Implement updates to existing ETL workflows based on new requirements or changes in the data model.
  • Unit Testing:Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the accuracy and integrity of ETL processes.
  • Deployment Preparation:Prepare ETL solutions for deployment, ensuring all components are thoroughly tested and documented.
  • Informatica Development:Utilize Informatica PowerCenter to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes.
  • Data Quality Assurance:Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the ETL process.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with data analysts, database administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure ETL processes meet business requirements.
  • Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, workflows, and data mappings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:3-5 years of experience in ETL development, with a strong focus on Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail:High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player:Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other ETL tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
