Description

We are seeking an HubSpot consultant based in Cleveland, Ohio, for a short-term contract role. The role primarily involves assisting with back-end Shopify configurations and an integration with the PXM platform Salsify. The position is within the e-commerce industry and will involve a significant amount of backend development and product management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring and managing the Shopify platform

• Facilitate the integration of Shopify with the PXM platform, Salsify

• Contribute to the development of e-commerce strategies

• Participate in the management of e-commerce applications

• Monitor and troubleshoot backend development issues

• Engage in product management tasks related to e-commerce strategy and implementation

• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer applications

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit and monitor customer accounts

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements • Demonstrable experience in ERP/CRM consulting

• Proficient in Shopify and e-Commerce application

• Knowledge of e-commerce management and strategy

• Strong understanding of product management

• Proficiency in backend development

• Ability to develop and implement e-commerce strategies

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in e-commerce

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Professional certification in ERP/CRM consulting is desirable
