Job Description: Inertial Aerospace is hiring a full-time Electronic Bench technician to join our Avionics Repair team. Position will require exceptional attention to detail. Successful applicant will be self-motivated, able to consistently follow documented procedures, and work efficiently both with a team and independently. Candidate must be experienced with troubleshooting down to board level using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, schematics, parts lists, and verbal and/or written instructions. Position will involve electronic and/or electro-mechanical systems for repair, inspection and testing. Accurate completion of maintenance, inventory, and repair logs is required. Includes use of a variety of hand or power tools and test equipment. Preferred Experience: Experience with troubleshooting and repair of through-hole and SMT circuit boards is required. Previous experience operating DMM, oscilloscope as well as manual and automated test equipment is expected. Experience in an aviation environment and/or an ISO regulated facility is also beneficial but not a requirement. Education: Preferred: Technical Associate Degree with 5+ years of experience. Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent with documented experience and demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical tasks. Position Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
