The E-Sourcing Project Specialist will be responsible for executing the company's sourcing activities through SAP Ariba, monitoring and reporting on sourcing metrics, and supporting the implementation of the global procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement and e-sourcing, with a lean mindset focused on sourcing processes, as well as excellent communication, project management, and influencing skills. The candidate should also be a team player and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) * Execute the company's sourcing activities through SAP Ariba while guiding the sourcing teams on how to transition into the platform. * Monitor and report on sourcing metrics. * Support the implementation of the global procurement team. * Support the implementation of the source to pay process. * Provide and manage data analytical support for the identification of procurement initiatives focused on cost reduction, process improvement, and improved supplier performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing activities are aligned with business objectives. * Produce and maintain reports for key performance indicators and metrics. * Develop, deliver, and maintain robust reporting and analytics to support data-driven, fact-based decision making in Procurement processes, with a focus on sourcing processes. * Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvements and assist in the creation of team metrics using analytical data and benchmarking activities. * Assist with the development, documentation, and maintenance of Procurement process standards, policies, and procedures. * Serve as analyst to support the Category Managers and Buyers with responsibility for supplier management, data analysis, stakeholder support, market research, and quote support. * Lead all required analytics in support of Category Managers and Buyers for sourcing events, which include for internal and external category analysis, analysis of quotations, and negotiations strategy. * Analyze supplier contracts to extract relevant detail to assist with data entry and dashboard reporting. * Analyze data to produce the metrics defined in sourcing and category strategies. * Champion the Procure to Pay processes within the procurement organization, standardizing where possible and supporting continuous improvement. * Collaborate with the Procurement Systems Administration and Information Services team to organize, analyze, and facilitate IT system changes in support of the Procurement organization. * Use influApply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjQwNDkyLjEwNTA4QGxpbmNvbG5lbGVjdHJpY2NvbXAuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t
