With extensive experience in sales management, this position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and leading a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Account Executives team within the assigned division, setting clear objectives and priorities to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to penetrate new markets, acquire new clients, and maximize sales opportunities within existing accounts. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Lead strategic account planning efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of client strategies with overall business objectives and delivery capabilities. Performance Management: Oversee the performance of the Account Executives team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded. Set and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs to track progress towards sales objectives and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute divisional sales strategies, aligning sales objectives with company goals and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and sales performance metrics. Drive cross-functional collaboration with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support for divisional sales initiatives.
