The Sherwin-Williams Company Digital Strategy Manager in Cleveland, Ohio

The Digital Strategy Manager serves as the digital strategist to coordinate our various digital mediums and assist our Sherwin-Williams portfolio of brands in reaching business goals. The digital strategy manager will be tasked with initiating digital projects, analyzing user experience data, reporting on planned and current strategies, delivering effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring projects are executed with in budget. This role will help steer our organization's digital narrative in growing our business, customer base, and improving the consumer experience across the digital consumer journey. This position works closely with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts to achieve results through facilitation and collaboration with key stakeholders from across the business, agency partners, and information technology teams. To be successful in this role the incumbent will 1) have a broad knowledge of digital marketing; 2) develop influential partnerships with brand, sales, and technology leads; and 3) creative problem solving skills to deliver business results. The position will sit out of Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. Offering a hybrid work schedule of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Contribute to the development and implementation of the digital strategy. Foster strong and trusting relationships with the core business teams, primarily Brand and Market Segment, as well as Sales, Data Analytics & Insights marketing teams to ensure that digital marketing activities and operations are driving revenue and efficiencies while supporting key business goals for Sherwin-Williams portfolio of brands. Support digital and e-commerce strategies within D2C and retail-channel partners to drive best-practice adoption on a consumer's path to purchase. Contribute to creating holistic digital consumer experiences across all digital touch points to drive consumer engagement and loyalty. Analyze and report out on latest digital consumer and category behavior trends in the digital space. Analyze research, insights, and SEO knowledge to optimize current user experiences and brand digital footprint effectiveness. Contribute to reporting on current state of digital strategy, digital tools progress and performance and roadmap. Communicate reporting to internal stakeholder teams against KPIs across digital efforts, with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve and optimize EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's Degree KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing and strategy across digital channels and analytics in CPG and B2B industries, including partnering with retailers. Strong digital storytelling capabilities. A creative problem solver with a change-for-the-better mindset. Detail oriented with excellent follow-through and a hands-on approach to directing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of digital analytics and how they can be collected, reported and used to influence day-to-day marketing activities as well as overall digital strategy and operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly. Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, keeping a positive attitude and fostering team spirit. The role is highly collaborative with brand, market segment, product and commerce peers; mentoring within an internal team; influencing partnership with outside and internal agencies - and seamlessly connect all. Understands digital marketing metrics and comfortable reporting insights to teams and leadership. Preferred: A blend of agency and corporate experience, or that understands the differences between the two.
