Additional information will be provided by HR upon hire. Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is a seeking full time (37.5 hours) mission-minded Associate to join us a Digital Manager. Must live in Ohio prior to start date. SUMMARY Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing, the Digital Manager will oversee digital components of the communications and marketing plan that fulfill our organizational mission, vision, values, business, and fundraising goals. This position will collaborate with MarCom leadership, the Communications Manager, Graphic Designers, department partners, and external vendors to maximize successful strategies that inspire patients, clients, donors, corporate supporters, activists, organizers, and community leaders. The Digital Manager will be someone who thrives in the digital space, is passionate about creative social media communications, and who is a strategic planner. WHAT YOU WILL DO Supports the Director of Marketing in developing and implementing digital strategic plans for campaigns, with a focus on growing and engaging new audiences and expanding the reach of the organization on multiple platforms. Plans, manages, and creates platform-specific content to maintain PPGOH's social media presence, ensuring a steady drumbeat of strategic content is issued across channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Record and edit timely video content (reels and TikToks), comfortably appear in videos both in-front of the camera and for voice-overs, and record social media ambassadors. Performs daily social media engagement including responses, social listening, sharing, and engaging with allied organizations and influencers, and implementing current trends and best practices. Tracks engagement, followers, and other relevant metrics and analyzes and reports on the results of social media campaigns. Collaborates with the Marketing and Communications team to develop creative and engaging content to reach targeted audiences and align with PPGOH's strategic plan and PPFA's "mission days." This content includes, but is not limited to blog posts, reels, graphics, and emails. Edits and manages the PPGOH website, enhancing accessibility, SEO, navigation, and optimizing the user experience, liaising with PPFA when needed. Builds and schedules marketing and donor emails, internal digital communications, while ensuring design and layouts are optimized and mobile-friendly. Creates and runs A/B tests for emails and digital ads; analyzes the performance and adjusts content and strategies accordingly. Supports the Director of Marketing in defining, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs as needed. Other duties may be assigned.
