Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144-2302 Data Management Program Manager ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF) The Key Technology, Operations, and Services (KTOS) Data Management Program Manager is accountable for enterprise wide, cross functional, and multiyear programs to enable and enhance Key's Data Management Strategy. This highly visible role will be collaborating closely with leaders throughout the data management ecosystem, including technology, business, risk, learning and development, and change management partners, to deliver critical capabilities of the data management program in a highly matrixed environment. This role provides an excellent opportunity for high visibility with executives across the organization and offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of data management partners. This role reports directly to the Head of Data and Analytics Governance who is responsible for the data management strategy. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The Data Management Program Manager accountabilities are to design, build, and manage at a detailed level the program and project plans that drive activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure successful execution of the programs. Tracking, reporting, risk mitigation, issue resolution, budget management coordination across multiple highly matrixed team and metric reporting. The Program Manager is responsible for: Advancing and providing input into the strategic activities, goals, and roadmaps, through experience with the execution of the data management capabilities Lead programs by staying aligned on program scope, release planning, as well as aligning multiple teams on vision, business goals, creating program structure, and securing cross-functional alignment. Quarterly Program Planning that supports strategic goals for data management and governance, resulting in well thought out and achievable roadmaps for teams. Design, develop, and present to Executives on program and workstreams short-term goals via project status, success criteria, issues, risk, and metric management as well as long-term goals on capabilities being developed for future implementations. Work through ambiguity, leading Data Management workstreams across multiple teams Lead working sessions with stakeholders for Data Management programs to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues. Partner with cross-functional teammates to drive workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical issues, dependencies, team status, metrics review, milestones, etc. (cross functional - Product Owners, First and Second Line of Defense). Manage program dependencies across multiple teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders. Be a catalyst within the organization, someone who can help advance our Enterprise Data & Analytics Services strategy and drive others in the organization to change. Develop expert knowledge in Key Risk Policies and Standards ensuring program compliance and adherence Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 8+ years of relevant work experience Ability to articulate a compelling vision and engage stakeholders. Superior written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to orchestrate and present information and recommendations (virtually or in person) at all levels within the organization, including executive leadership. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to manage, mostly through influence, to keep a variety of stakeholders engaged, coordinated, and performing at a high level. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliverables, while maintaining attention to detail and highly effective execution Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle difficult situations while maintaining strong personal relationships.
