CNC Milling Operator (2nd Shift) - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 24-00675 Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $26.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits. 2nd Shift - 4 days 10-hour shift -- Monday -Thursday 3pm-1am. Cleveland Area Company is seeking CNC Milling Operators for their 2nd Shift operations. The CNC Mill Operator's key duties are to operate new and existing CNC milling machines. Change cutting tools as needed. Make offset changes as needed to assure parts remain within blueprint and or operational drawings specifications. Perform in-process quality checks and complete line reports to minimize or eliminate scrap and ensure quality parts. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required • Must have CNC Milling experience - Small Parts - Metal Machining • Experience with 4/5 axis milling experience with Fanuc 16i & 31i controls • Must have a good understanding of machine tools and G&M codes required. • Experience with Willemin is a plus • Must have vertical and/or horizontal milling experience • Must have cutter/tool compensation skills experience. • Good math skills. • Knowledge of GD&T. • Must have a good understanding of inspection procedures. • Must be able to make offsets. • Able to read blueprints. • Set-up experience a plus. • Good attendance record. • Work well independently as well as in a team environment. • Must be able to work 2nd Shift -- 4 days 10 hours shift -- Monday -Thursday 3pm-1am.
