Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects, mentoring and developing staff, and seeking out business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects ensuring timely and profitable completion.

  • Manage the design of site layouts, grading, and drainage design.

  • Assist the team in permitting commercial/residential site projects.

  • Review road design, utility design, and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis.

  • Build relationships with clients and effectively communicate throughout the project.

  • Participate in project proposals and presentations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • BS in Civil Engineering

  • Must have a PE license

  • 5+ years of land development project management experience preferred

  • Experience managing the design of site layouts, grading, drainage, utility, permitting, etc.

  • Proficient utilizing civil 3D

Work Environment
