As our Cash Applications Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless allocation of funds to customer accounts with speed and accuracy. Here's a glimpse into what you'll be doing: Processing bank statements and updating matching rules within the system Inputting and processing daily cash receipts from various sources Reconciling General Ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and discrepancies Providing support and guidance to colleagues, fostering a collaborative work environment But that's not all! Qualifications Knowledge & Qualifications * Good knowledge and understanding of Cash Applications processes within specific area of expertise: * Queries & Allocations * Cash Processing and Reconciliations * Best practice in Cash Operations * A thorough knowledge of SAP system preferable Skills & Abilities * Good communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, internal departments and key contacts * Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential * Remain approachable under pressure * Knowledge and ability to use relevant internal systems * Act with integrity, tact and diplomacy * Work as part of a team * Ability to complete a variety of related tasks * Pro-actively solve problems * Excellent Customer Service skills * Good time management skills * Ability to be flexible within role * Excellent oral and written communication skills Additional Information The pay range for this position is $16-$21 / hour depending on experience.
