Actalent Architectural Project Manager in Cleveland, Ohio

Job Description

  • Oversite of the project team working on multiple projects

  • Participation in the design process

  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings

  • Development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents

  • Review architectural drawings for federal, state, and local code compliance

  • Coordination of the project team’s work

  • Monitor the progress of all construction phases

  • Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, etc.

  • Responsible for project schedule and budget

  • Assist with construction administration

Must Have

  • Bachelors degree in architecture desired, but not a must

  • 5-10 years of architectural drafting experience

  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD

  • Retail experience preferred, commercial experience a must

  • Project Management experience a must

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Cleveland, Ohio and some days remote. Clean office environment. The work culture is very fast paced, client orientated, and collaborative. 

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $40.87
