Essential Functions and Primary Duties Assist the Administrative Team in sorting, organizing and scanning tax documents Communicate with the Administrative team to ensure a quality product is completed timely Process and assemble paper tax returns and other tax filing requirements Carry out other tax engagement-related support activities Create, edit and format pdf files using Adobe Professional Use extensive knowledge of the firm's practices and priorities to proactively respond to daily issues and requests as authorized, keeping co-workers apprised of critical issues Provides support and back up to the Tax Scheduling Team. Provides backup for reception as needed Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Experience in an accounting or financial services firm highly desirable Ability to work independently as well as a team player Strong attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation. Strong organizational and time management skills. Tech savvy with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
