Administrative & Accounting Assistant in

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as necessary.
- Maintain office inventory supplies.
- Create employee onboarding packets for new hires.
- Manage the office calendar, including scheduling for PTOs, birthdays, anniversaries, and other events.
- Create new leads and To-Do's in the CRM Pipeline.
- Manage emails in the billing and info inboxes, responding as appropriate.
- Input vendor bills into the accounting system.
- Write checks as requested and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with Accounts Payable.
Requirements
- []{#x__Hlk171417090}Some College education is helpful but not required; A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of administrative assistant experience is required; clerical accounting experience is preferred.
- The ability to answer incoming phone calls and initiate proactive calls to customers and clients when necessary is essential.
- Strong organizational skills are necessary, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for accurate data management and reporting.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
