Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in CLEVELAND, Ohio. In this role, you will be overseeing the full process of accounts payable, handling a high volume of transactions, and utilizing various accounting software systems. This position provides a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full process of accounts payable with a high volume of transactions

• Utilize and navigate through accounting software systems, specifically JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

• Accurately code account information and process data

• Handle various accounting functions and ensure accurate accrual accounting

• Conduct regular auditing of accounts payable

• Manage transactions through Automated Clearing House (ACH) Requirements • Demonstrable proficiency in Account Coding, with the ability to accurately categorize financial transactions.

• Proficiency in the use of Accounting Software Systems for seamless financial operations.

• Experience in Data Processing, with the ability to manage large volumes of financial data.

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions, ensuring adherence to financial regulations.

• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP), including processing invoices and payments.

• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting, with the ability to record transactions as they occur.

• Proven experience in Auditing, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) for efficient electronic transactions.

• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, or similar ERP systems, for managing business processes.
