This Position is for Administration with an organization in Mound Bayou, MS.
Responsibilities: Receive telephone calls. Greet visitors. Refer calls to appropriate staff. Schedule appointment. Prepare agendas for office and board meetings. Assist public, vendors, and other agencies. Prepare and send out documents. Knowledge of Microsoft word. Collects information. File reports. Interview tenants for recertification. Accept payments. Provide receipts. Assist in renting units, eviction processes court filings, and make bank deposits. Assist Executive Director and perform all other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 2 years of experience required. Valid drivers license. Willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
