Texas Health Resources Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department- Full Time Nights in Cleburne, Texas
Fast-paced, high volume Emergency department is looking for top skilled nurses. Is that you?
Work location: Texas Health Cleburne, 201 Walls Dr., Cleburne, TX 76033
Work hours: Full-time, 36 hours weekly, 3-12 hours shifts, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am with rotating weekends/holidays

Here’s What You Need
Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program or Nursing Diploma Required
BSN preferred
One-year experience as a registered nurse, or completion of an RN residency program.
One year of Emergency experience strongly preferred
BCLS – prior to providing independent care and maintained quarterly
ACLS – within 90 days of hire
CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 60 days of hire
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support – within 90 Days of hire
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course - within 12 Months of hire
What You Will Do
Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process
Assesses the patient
Plans the care of the patient
Intervenes as appropriate
Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions
Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.
Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for information
Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers.
