SP6 Sales Development Representative in Clearwater, Florida

Own The Role :

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential clients, as well as generating sales opportunities for our Splunk Co-Managed and Professional Services.

Your contributions will be key in qualifying leads and generating customer interest, all while working for a company dedicated to your professional growth. We believe in promoting from within and offer a clear path toward advancing to an Account Executive role!

This is a hybrid opportunity in the St Pete/Clearwater area

How You’ll Drive Success:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target industries.

  • Qualify and develop inbound leads and advance business opportunities through outbound prospecting. Including but not limited to, calling into and emailing marketing qualified leads.

  • Develop an understanding of SP6’s and Splunk’s offerings, as well as additional SP6 software solutions.

  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Sales Account Executives to further qualify and manage sales opportunities.

  • Create a pipeline for your territory using demand generation and prospecting tools.

  • Find new opportunities and quickly develop rapport with new clients.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing to provide better insight into the success of the business development activities that are being run at the same time as generating new pipelines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development role.

  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus .
