Supervise a team of individual contributors who are manufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell Aerospace production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.

Drive culture of continuous improvement

Review quality output and coach team improvements

Collaborate with customers and cross functional teams

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

2 year associates degree or comparable experience in a related field

2+ years’ experience production / manufacturing

6+ months experience working with Lean / Six Sigma tools

WE VALUE

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/people leader experience preferred.

Accountable for managing and maintaining the allocated budget.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Good work ethic.

Six Sigma Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Understands the use of various office software products and a working knowledge of the shop floor control system for build processes.

Must exhibit team leadership skills and understand team dynamics
