Description Robert Half is currently working with a growing company in Clayton searching for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to join the company's dynamic finance team. This key role will work hand in hand with the Vice President in supporting capital formation activities, preparing financial reports, analyzing spending, making forecasts, assisting with the annual budget process, reviewing capital project proposals, and performing other tasks as necessary. The Finance Manager will play an essential role in fostering the company's rapid growth and the maturation of its finance function.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining financial models for strategic decision-making, including financial projections, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis.

• Supporting capital formation processes including document preparation and data room management.

• Executing comprehensive financial planning and forecasting processes, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.

• Collaborating closely with department heads to develop budgets, tracking performance against budget, and providing budget variance analysis.

• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Providing insights to senior leadership.

• Preparing in-depth financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Conducting financial analyses including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required and a master’s is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years FP& A experience.

• Experience with corporate transactions and capital processes.

• A quick learner with a high degree of business curiosity and a self-starter attitude.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions is a critical requirement for this role.

• Candidate should have experience in managing Annual Budget and Budget Processes.

• Prior experience in managing a Business Unit is essential.

• Knowledge and experience in Capital Management is a key requirement.

• Previous experience in Investment Banking is highly desirable.

• Experience in handling Debt Offerings and Equity Financing is required.

• Familiarity with pre-IPO and IPO processes is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for financial management is necessary.

• Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and reporting is essential.
