Robert Half Account Manager in Clayton, Missouri

Description

We are looking to add an Account Manager to our team in Missouri. The role is focused on fostering and managing client relationships, driving projects forward, and identifying new business opportunities. As an Account Manager, you'll delve deep into our clients' industries and offer strategic solutions that align with their objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive multiple mid-to-large scale projects from initiation to delivery, managing all aspects from strategy formulation to timeline adherence and client communication.

• Build and nurture robust relationships with clients through regular meetings, discussing strategies and steering their success.

• Master our clients' industries, gaining an intimate understanding of their businesses to provide impactful solutions.

• Manage client budgets skillfully, ensuring projects remain profitable while still surpassing client expectations.

• Collaborate with teams across the organization and subject matter experts to ensure projects stay on track and yield results.

• Identify and seize opportunities for new business and organic growth to maintain momentum.

• Utilize CRM and other accounting software systems for efficient project management and client communication.

• Leverage your knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for various tasks.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns effectively, maintaining a keen focus on accounting and billing functions.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, friendly, and creative environment, working both independently and as part of a team, always going the extra mile for your clients.

Requirements • Proficiency in using 3M

• Experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Expertise in CRM

• Ability to use About Time software

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Billing Functions

• Familiarity with Budget Processes
