*Job Description: Maxim is looking for reliable, compassionate, team-oriented nurses to provide total 1-on-1 care with patients in Clarksville, TN and surrounding areas. Patients range from infant to geriatric, with skills ranging from home ventilators to catheterizations. We do provide skills advancement training for pediatrics, ventilator and trach. Shifts may be 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours, or 12 hours depending on which patient you end up working with. Pay is competitive and we offer multiple bonus programs. Flexible Schedule! Pediatric Patients! Weekly Pay! *Responsibilities: Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

**Qualifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices. Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
