Job Description

As a Welder, your role will involve setting up, assembling, and welding all products in line with work orders, blueprints, and jigs. You will be tasked with securely positioning component parts using bolts, clamps, or tack welds, and sourcing parts needed to fulfill production needs. A critical part of this role includes performing visual inspections of finished products to ensure the weld is clean and that no spots have been missed. Our work environment is akin to an assembly line where you may be assigned to complete one component at a time. Flexibility is crucial as you may be assigned to work in several different areas throughout the day, depending on workflow.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Clarksdale, Mississippi.

Work Environment

We operate within an open-air warehouse, equipped with big fans. Be prepared for temperature fluctuations - it can get hot when the weather is hot and cold when it's cold. Our work week runs from Monday to Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm, and Friday from 8 am - 2 pm . Lunch is at 11:30, and there's a break at 2:15. Please note that punctuality is crucial as the turnstiles lock after the work day has started.
