JOB SUMMARY: The Millwright position consists of working on industrial and agricultural locations doing new construction, performing upgrades, maintenance, and service on facilities, machinery, and equipment. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Efficiently and accurately assist with the installation and maintenance of machinery in factories, power plants, and construction sites Adhere to all Prairie Grain Partners safety policies and procedures in compliance with Company and regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, DNT, DOT, ect.) Maintain knowledge of grain storage equipment such as bucket elevators, conveyors, distributors, augers, spouting, legs, storage bins and tanks, structural towers, catwalks, platforms, etc. Assist in the preparation of job sites Assist in loading, unloading, lifting, and moving of materials, parts, and tools to and from sites Perform welding duties, such as flat, vertical, and overhead stick welding as needed Operate hand and power tools and other equipment as required to complete projects Perform assigned tasks to time standards and quality expectations Assist crew with clean-up and housekeeping duties around job site, trucks, and trailers ensuring job sites are clean and orderly Maintain professional, respectful relationships with internal and external customers Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations Assist other operations and agronomy team members for job completion and efficiency
