ReconCraft is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of key projects, ensuring that each one is executed efficiently and meets client specifications, budgets, and deadlines. This role will require you to manage project scope, scheduling, estimating, resources, and budgets while ensuring the quality of deliverables. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, production, logistics, and client teams to ensure timely project delivery and superior customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Director, Program Management Office (PMO). Responsibilities: Project Scope & Planning: Manage the scope of the project, including defining and controlling project deliverables. Develop detailed project and resource estimates and establish clear milestones and completion dates from initial vessel orders through post-delivery support. Resource & Budget Management: Responsible for estimating, allocating, and managing resources, while maintaining control over project budgets. Ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on schedule and within budget, without compromising quality. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with all internal departments\'engineering, procurement, production, quality assurance, and logistics\'to ensure timely execution and successful delivery of projects. Ensure all project deliverables are on track. Status Reporting: Own the status reporting process, including providing regular updates on project milestones, performance against budget, key risks or issues, and all contract deliverables. Maintain clear communication with Project Controls on the Earned Value Analysis (EAC) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support ongoing reporting of the program portfolio. CPAR Management: Maintain positive Corrective Action/Preventive Action Reports (CPARs) for all programs, ensuring a continuous focus on improving performance. Global Logistics & Operations Support: Support the production teams through clear work package requirements, ongoing project communication, and process improvements. Ensure that the required infrastructure and support systems are in place to meet delivery schedules and all contractual requirements. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements across project management practices and workflows, ensuring a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Experience in managing government contracts or defense-related projects is desired. Certifications: Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Preferred: Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Technical Skills: Knowledge of Program Management Institute (PMI) best practices Proficiency in project project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira. Preferred: Proficiency in Primavera P6 (Primavera Project Management Software).
