Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Operate production machinery to cut, bend, punch, and trim metal parts for use in the manufacturing of anti-siphoning gas tank assemblies used on semi trucks. Follow work instructions and inspect parts for quality. Adhere to strict safety procedures. Current opening on both day and swing shift with regular scheduled hours from 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday on day shift; and 2:30pm-1:00am, Monday-Thursday on swing shift.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery to cut, bend, punch, and trim metal parts.

  • Follow work instructions meticulously.

  • Inspect parts for quality to ensure they meet standards.

  • Adhere to strict safety procedures at all times.

Essential Skills

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in machine operation.

  • General production skills.

  • Attention to detail for inspection tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in repetitive production tasks.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Work Environment

Clean, light industrial production environment with 70-100 employees making aluminum parts for the automotive industry. Regular scheduled hours with openings on both day and swing shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clackamas, Oregon.
