Job Title: PC Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled PC Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing industrial PCs and control systems used in industrial automation applications. You will be involved in computer setup, troubleshooting, data processing, hardware and software reporting, and interpreting blueprints.
Responsibilities
Perform assembly and testing of single board computers, embedded PCs, panel PCs, industrial chassis, and workstations.
Work with PC140 modules and data acquisition products as assigned by the production supervisor.
Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to ensure proper and efficient integration of industrial PC components.
Assist production support technicians in resolving equipment operation issues.
Examine parts and accessories for compliance with specifications and alert quality assurance personnel when necessary.
Maintain tools and equipment and manage the assigned work area.
Adhere to the quality management system.
Identify various computer parts and understand their applications.
Assemble different computer parts and peripherals according to guidelines.
Install various types of software based on customer requirements.
Perform tests to ensure all components and software are fully functional.
Essential Skills
1+ year experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience in computer assembly and electrical assembly
Ability to perform heavy lifting
Proficiency in using hand tools
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols
Ability to inspect and quality check components
Experience with assembly lines and general production tasks
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable working with blueprints
Experience in troubleshooting and computer setup
Skilled in data processing and hardware/software reporting
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with quality assurance personnel

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
