Administrative Probation Assistant: The Pickaway County Common Pleas Court has an immediate full-time opening for a driven, highly organized, and experienced professional to provide administrative support to the Adult Probation Department, assist in smooth day-to-day operations, and prioritize office management and human

Job Description: Provide a variety of clerical and human resources support, which includes answering phone calls, preparing Court Entries, maintaining general filing system and daily calendar, preparing payroll and yearly budget, paying bills and other various daily office duties. Must be confident in being in contact with known felons, assisting in urine screens, as well as performing offender searches.

Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years of Human Resources and Administrative experience.Candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Benefits Package: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (after sixty (60) days). Costs of each are payroll deducted. Paid Life Insurance (employees can add additional coverage at their own expense). Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and eleven (11) paid holidays per year. Ohio Public Retirement System and optional Deferred Compensation. Pay rate: $22.00 per hour plus an increase after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
