Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an SAP System Analyst. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for SAP users, manage their requests, and ensure issues are resolved promptly. You will also be responsible for maintaining the SAP system, setting up new users, and managing data loading.

Responsibilities:

• Handle SAP user requests and troubleshoot their issues to enhance user experience and encourage increased usage.

• Identify and rectify potential problems proactively, while also implementing improvements where necessary.

• Lead technology transformation initiatives to revamp or replace the current ERP to meet evolving business needs.

• Offer SAP support for various activities, such as cut-over, go-live, hyper care, and sustainment.

• Assist the business in aligning priorities, requirements, designs, testing, and training.

• Execute functional testing, system and integration testing, and validate solutions.

• Leverage ERP technology as a strategic tool for growth.

• Understand and document business requirements, analyze existing and/or new information and applications, propose potential solutions, and implement selected technology solutions.

• Draft functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

• Develop and update reports and dashboards as needed.

• Conduct data analytics and process ad hoc requests.

• Create new materials, products, Bills of Material, costs, etc. in the SAP s/4HANA Public cloud environment

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP System Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficient in SAP and SAP S/4HANA software

• Demonstrable experience in system analysis and SAP modules

• Familiarity with SAP integrations is a must

• Ability to create comprehensive reports and dashboards

• Experience in reporting dashboards for business purposes

• Proven skill in issue resolution within the SAP system
