We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Circle Pines, Minnesota. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage customer accounts, process applications, and maintain accurate records. This role is crucial in our industry as it ensures the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Monitor customer account activities and take necessary actions

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless financial operations

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze customer data

• Perform month-end close activities related to accounts receivable

• Reconcile account discrepancies and rectify issues promptly

• Utilize Accounts Payable (AP) and LEED Accounts Payable knowledge to support financial processes

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a minimum of 3 years

• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Demonstrated ability in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Month End Close procedures is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
