Bon Secours Mercy Health Virtual Safety Companion Operational Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio

Full Time - 40 Hours/Week

LOCATION: 1701 Mercy Health Pl, Cincinnati, OH 45237 (NOT REMOTE)

Primary Function/General Purpose of Position

The Operations Manager, Virtual Health is accountable for clinical, operational, and financial performance of specific Virtual Health (VH) programs such as Tele-Stroke and Tele-Psych. This role leads day-to-day operations of the program.

Essential Job Functions

  • Leads daily operations and resource management for assigned Virtual Health program

  • Manages relationships with external clinical services vendors or partners, as applicable

  • Addresses issues or disruptions to program operations and facilitates timely resolution

  • Establishes and delivers on service levels, key performance indicators (KPI’s) and performance commitments for VH program in collaboration with Product Analyst

  • Manages VH program budget, monitors expenses, and drives revenue growth as necessary

  • Ensures client and customer success thru regular engagement with key stakeholders to drive collaboration, transparency, sustainability, and performance in VH program.

  • Acts as liaison and between Virtual Health team and Operational departments (Markets, Hospitals, Medical Group, etc.)

  • Serves as subject matter expert (SME) on assigned VH program, identifying value-added enhancements and internal and external growth opportunities

Licensing/Certification

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (required)

Master's Degree in a related field (preferred)

Work Experience

5 years of management experience (required)

10 years of healthcare experience or equivalent education (required)
