Job Type Full-time Exemption Type Exempt Location CINCINNATI, OH - Cincinnati, OH 45249 US (Primary) KY US OH US Category Industry Professional Travel 50% Job Description ORC is seeking a full-time, exempt Right of Way Agent to work on projects based out of Ohio and Kentucky. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must live within a 50-mile radius of Cincinnati or Dayton, OH. Candidate can expect to travel throughout Western Ohio and Northern Kentucky about 50% of the time. What you will be doing: As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire easements for both natural gas and electrical projects. You will support the Project Manager (PM) and members of the project team. Duties include preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. You will be responsible for performing general administrative work including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.
