Those in sustainability reporting at PwC will focus on increasing the capability of clients' reporting function to meet regulation and stakeholder need for trusted transparent reporting, performance measurement and value-creation. You will analyse client needs (scoping, materiality and gap assessments), offer technical interpretation of respective (regulatory or voluntary standards) and use technology to design and embed data and reporting systems, processes and controls in a target operating model.

The Opportunity
As part of the Sustainability Reporting team you assist clients in identifying and prioritizing sustainability issues and integrating sustainability vision into corporate strategy. As an Intern/Trainee you support teams by performing basic tasks and conducting research while learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You have the chance to work on various assignments, each offering different challenges and scope, and you are encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds benefit for our clients and contributes to our team’s success.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Sustainable Resource Management, Environmental Science, Accounting & Technology, Accounting & Finance
Required cumulative GPA: 3.0
Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year.

Before starting with PwC full-time, meet all educational requirements to be eligible for the primary credential license appropriate for relevant practice area, such as meeting all educational requirements to satisfy the 150 credit hour requirement necessary for the CPA license in the state in which your office will be located, or provide documentation satisfactory to the Firm that your CPA license can be obtained in the state in which your office will be located through reciprocity based on either a CPA license held, or CPA exam passed, in another state; or the educational requirements to license for the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) license.

The salary range for this position is: $30.75 - $40.75. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
