They seek out new opportunities to unleash the potential of our new and existing customers. What you'll own The objective of the ISO Strategic Partner Manager role is to increase revenue in existing ISO partnerships through building a strong, trusting relationship, partnering to create ideas and strategies to grow business with Worldpay from FIS. With our ISO Partners, this involves: Develop long lasting, trusted relationships with ISO Partner strategic players positioning Worldpay from FIS as the ISO Partner strategic advisor Collaborate with ISO Partners to understand markets, industry trends, strategies, growth needs & goals Own strategic account plans growing portfolio net revenue by positioning Worldpay from FIA to facilitate the ISO Partner's short-term and long-term goals Create and deliver QBR's for ISO Partners focused on performance, trends and growth strategies Understand and manage attrition rates and trends identifying ISO Partner needs to retain business Manage costs within the portfolio working closely with the ISO Partner on pricing actions, margin preservation and risk trends Facilitate forward-thinking generating competitive renewal conversations solidify a strong base of mature partnerships, managing to zero margin compression renewals with and long-term commitments Provide input to internal resources driving product strategy Anticipate 40% travel to ISO Partner locations, sales kickoff events, regional trade shows, etc. Overall accountability for the ISO Partner relationship What you bring The ideal candidate will possess deep experience and understanding of payment processing, have experience working with ISO Partners as well as customer facing skills at all levels of an organization. The ideal candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business growth and how to organize and manage across multiple entities. 5+ years professional work experience preferably in the payments processing industry Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills Superior negotiation skills Creative problem-solving skills Methodical and organized, able to prioritize appropriately to manage across a large number of partners Excellent interpersonal skills; proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with partners as well as internal support teams Able to consistently grow revenue with ISO Partners through being connected to the ISO Partner's growth strategy and developing a plan of how Worldpay from FIS will enable that strategy. Mobilize the right resources and team to influence the partner to board business with Worldpay from FIS. Successfully negotiate the commercial aspects of the contract with the ISO Part
