About the team We are establishing a Product Security, Assessment Services and Third-Party Security function that plays a crucial role in safeguarding Worldpay's digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. As the leader of the PSIRT and Third-Party Security teams, you will be instrumental at defining the vision to help secure Worldpay going forward. You will work closely with other security and engineering teams on vulnerability identification, assessment and analysis, coordination and mitigation, communication and reporting of product security incidents and third parties. What you will be doing As an Sr. Director, for the Worldpay Product Security and assessment services team, you will have a unique opportunity to build and lead a team of skilled engineering professionals to drive initiatives and deliver security services to contribute to the overall security of Worldpay. Establish a high-performing team to operate a modern, effective, Product Security Incident Response team and Third Party Security team. Contribute to the enterprise security architecture and develop a technical roadmap to drive security initiatives and continuous improvements. Be accountable for security tool lifecycle - from evaluation, design, implementation, maintenance, automation, and decommission. Build partnerships with Worldpay business teams, vendors, security peers and technology teams with a focus on collaboration to find secure solutions. Be a subject matter expert (SME) to make informed decisions and drive a balance of security and business objectives. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities. Develop and maintain reports that provide clear insights into the organization's security posture. Measure team performance and secure posture for improvement and maturity over time. Establish internal technical standards, processes, and procedures. Foster personal growth by enabling team members through career development, mentoring and coaching. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Intellectual curiosity. An open mind to trying new approaches to solving difficult problems. 5+ years of professional experience in cyber security. 2-3 years of professional experience leading and managing technical teams. Experience working with Product Security Incident Response. Ability to communicate and breakdown technical concepts to others. Strong analytical skills including solving and communicating complex problems, data analytics, measurement and reporting needed to drive continuous improvement. Experience with evaluating, reviewing, and deploying product security tools. Proficiency in information security domains, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments, regulatory compliance, risk and control governance and metrics, and issue management.
