About the role As an architect, you will be responsible for engineering, architecting, and delivering outstanding solutions for our customers. You will produce enterprise-standard implementations demonstrating the platform's full capabilities and lead delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions on Salesforce.com. Responsibilities: Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals using both configuration and development. Work in an Agile environment, with a preference for application development experience. Be extremely hands-on with Salesforce capabilities and development platform. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Use Salesforce process automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approvals) while adhering to guidelines. Ensure robust security using the Salesforce security model, data and app securities, programming securities, encryptions, experience cloud security, and file & malware scanning Develop and maintain Apex code, ensuring security and quality standard methodologies (using tools like SonarQube, Checkmarx, Fortify). Build Salesforce Lightning UI and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Integrate external APIs using Salesforce Lightning Connect and develop REST, Bulk, and Streaming APIs. Implement identity and access management solutions (SSO, OAuth, Identity Connect, OpenID Connect, MFA). Use Asynchronous Apex, Outlook integration, Open CTI, and Salesforce Connect (OData). Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality and integrity continuously. Interpret system/business requirements and prepare specification and design documents. Align CRM platform changes with the sales process. Stay familiar with modern technology and architecture (cloud, virtualization, object stores). Enhance the platform using both configuration and code (Apex & Lightning Components). Apply advanced knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes. Collaborate in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals. Demonstrate extensive software engineering experience in an Agile/SDLC environment, with strong design, coding, testing, maintenance, and debugging skills in Salesforce CRM. Qualifications: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 12+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud implementations in a multi-org structure and REST API development. Platform Developer I and II certifications highly desired. Salesforce Architect level certifications preferred.
