Then you sound like a Worldpayer. About the team Our Commercial and Sales teams create value for businesses of every size and industry - from globally recognized brands to new start-ups. They seek out new opportunities to unleash the potential of our new and existing customers. This role will lead our high-growth vertical of Direct Selling Organizations with three direct reports. What you'll own Drive growth in a high-potential vertical, leveraging market opportunities to expand our footprint. Utilize experience in global payments or global markets to enhance our international operations, with a focus on international markets. Act as a hands-on seller in the Relationship Management Director (RMD) role, leading by example in sales activities. Onboard and mentor two new team members, providing close support initially to ensure their success. Understand and capture white space opportunities to drive profitability. Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship building. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for growth, continuously seeking ways to expand our market presence. What you bring Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Proven experience in direct selling organizations (DSO) and managing international payments. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on profitable opportunities. 7+ years of previous team leadership experience Demonstrated success in driving growth within high-potential verticals. The pay range for this full-time position is $162,450.00 - $268,020.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.. This position may be eligible for bonus and/or commission.
