Develop and maintain procedures, standards, and monitoring activities to ensure documentation and training compliance. Assist in responding to audit requests from external authorities and internal audits as required. Monitor and update the organization's training system to ensure staff compliance with training requirements. Directly monitor documentation and coordinate the work of others to ensure compliance. Analyze, report, and monitor agency effectiveness, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. Develop and present organization-wide service documentation training in collaboration with the VP of Quality Contract Management and Compliance. Coordinate with the Director of Medical Records to maintain staff access to appropriate service documentation forms and processes. Collaborate with service providers, supervisors, and managers to ensure documentation standards are achieved. Report results, trends, and significant violations of documentation compliance to the designated oversight committee. Develop and maintain a system encouraging staff reporting of documentation standards violations and propose plans of correction as necessary. Act as one of the organization's two Client Rights Officers and participate in Client Rights Officer team meetings. Support the organization's incident review processes by managing incident reports. Serve as a member of various committees as assigned. Conduct privacy audits and other related duties as assigned. Requirements for Quality Management Director: Master's degree in behavioral health with 3 years of experience required. Experience in a mental health/behavioral health organization in a managed care environment desired. Strong skills in creating files in databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and project management software. Excellent facilitation and project management skills. Knowledge of certification and accreditation standards. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and analytical skills. Proficiency in word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications, including report generation and spreadsheet manipulation.
