Deloitte Quality Engineer Lead in Cincinnati, Ohio

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Client is in Retail Industry. The scope of the project is to support End-to-End testing in Fulfillment domain under Store Associate Technology.
This is a client facing role. Expected to drive E2E test delivery plans, test execution plans, automation strategies.
Understand the requirements and implement appropriate test cases for manual/automation testing
Possess knowledge and hands-on experience of various testing tools including Automation tools
Create Test Strategy
Execute testing and provide regular status updates
Communicate dependencies and risks to stakeholders
Knowledge of CI/CD
Interact with end users of the software and gather test coverage improvements

Qualifications
Required
5+ years of experience in Manual testing of Web and Mobile applications, and API testing
5+ years of experience, Selenium, and Appium technologies/tools for Automation Testing
5+ years of experience in DevOps implementation
5+ years of experience in leading projects and teams
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualification
Hands on testing experience in different test phases - Scrum Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, E2E
Experience in testing devices such as TC52s
Experience in Production Support space
Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
