Belcan is seeking Program Management part time support for our client in Evendale, OH. Great matching candidates will have experience using Microsoft Project software as well as a strong background in industrial scale equipment construction and facility integration projects.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team to create and maintain integrated project schedules.

• Assist in the development and production of project planning documents.

• Lead and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.

• Document and distribute meeting notes and action items, ensuring follow-through.

• Serve as the primary interface between the technical equipment engineering team, facilities engineering team, and facility construction contractor.

• Oversee and coordinate the master schedule during equipment construction and installation phases.

• Work closely with the technical engineering team to integrate Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) and Technology Readiness Level (TRL) materials and process development tasks into the overall project schedule.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management, focused on large scale facility engineering and construction initiatives.

• Experience with industrial-scale equipment construction and integration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project required.

• Flexibility in work hours and days from week to week, with the ability to work a hybrid schedule (both remote and onsite).

• Customer service minded with strong attention to detail and efficiency.

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, both in a team setting and individually.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field desired.

• U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
