About the team Worldpay, LLC seeks Program Manager- Technology in Cincinnati, Ohio to manage Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA's) Merchant Solutions Focused Agile Release Train (ART) as Release Train Engineer consisting of development, testing, architecture, and ancillary delivery professionals. What you will be doing The Program Manager- Technology will be responsible for managing/tracking/delivering various Finance, Merchant, and Payment partner project technical deliveries on ETL, Cloud based solutions, Business Intelligence and Core Platform Engineering. Additionally, the role will: Leading and coordination PI planning events at the org level defining timelines for new products to be delivered in market. Leading Cloud Data Platform IT Team of Engineers and Architects from multi region based out of UK, US and India enabling the team deliver Cloud based Solutions on building data pipelines, providing data security, enabling data storage/maintenance and ingesting data from Legacy systems/businesses to AWS Cloud S3 and Snowflake Databases. Lead Data Ingestion and Integration teams and enabling team to achieve successful data transactions and deployment on ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes using Oracle BDA, IBM DataStage and cloud services used for reporting, billing, and analytics purposes. Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process that drives the synthesis of a vision, a roadmap, and backlogs, and through pre- and post-PI Planning events. Work with product and solution management in establishing product roadmaps. Build backlogs from all Intake Demands. Align with delivery cadence and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment. Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. Lead/Guide Product and Scrum teams on PI Preparation Backlog refining/PI Planning sessions and work with Portfolio Team to align with Business Epics (Requirements in agile) and on the priorities. Enable IT teams deliver committed Program Increment Objectives and achieve business values by resolving Risks/Impediments and effective tracking and communicating with Cross teams/Trains, Product management, Leadership, and stakeholders. Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the practices associated with DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle. Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: planning, coordinating, and running successful Big Room Planning / Planning Events to agree the timescales and methods via which new products will be delivered to market; providing coaching to teams on improving their application of agile practice to enable them to improve quality, customer satisfaction and eliminate waste; advising to teams on how to optimize value streams and optimize processes to reduce time to market.
