Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Mason, OH

Pay Range: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products

• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards

• Package finished products for shipment to customers

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Assist with other tasks as needed

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams

• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
