THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING:

In this role you have the opportunity to partner with over 22,000 healthcare professionals – from pharmacists and nurse practitioners to dietitians and technicians and serve over 17 million patients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Gather feature requests, develop and maintain well planned backlog

  • Coordinate the work to be allocated to sprints and scheduling releases

  • Lead the appropriate teams to refine, prioritize and manage the backlog to best achieve the goals and vision

  • Identify and estimate anticipated work efforts based on priority using program increment (PI) and sprint planning

  • Define and resolve dependencies, issues and risks along with identification of impacted areas through team collaboration

  • Oversee development stages, identify areas for improvement, refine the process and support the sprint

  • Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Minimum 3 Years of Product Owner experience working within a product team

  • Strategic product mindset with a collaborative mentality to integrate into mature communication product teams

  • Experience defining workflows to solve problem statements

  • Preferred Experience

  • IVR / CAAS / Workflow for relevant projects

  • HealthCare Experience

  • Strategic Roadmaps

  • Product Management that involves vendor management tickets (such as Jira/ServiceNow vs sole dev teams)
