Job Description

A top consumer goods employer is seeking a permanent Process Manufacturing Manager to oversee day-to-day plant processing operations and personnel in a manufacturing environment. This role will be in charge of leading a team of team leaders, compounders, weighers, and product dispatch specialists, ensuring strict adherence to production schedules, safety protocols, and environmental regulations. Collaborating closely with a Processing Continuous Improvement Engineer, strategizes to enhance safety, efficiency, and processing reliability. Additionally, their administrative tasks include budget management, oversight of the change process, and creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This candidate will help with insights and strategic alignment contributing to the organization's overall success.
