Job Details: As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our team to support the development, and optimization of manufacturing processes. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working on real-world projects that contribute to the efficiency and quality of our production operations. * Assist in analyzing current manufacturing processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. * Data Collection & Analysis - Collect data from production processes, analyze trends, and help identify areas for improvement. * Assist in the creation and updating of process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Support quality assurance initiatives by participating in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities. * Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment issues and participate in equipment maintenance activities. * Work with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to implement process improvements. * Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and identifying potential hazards. Qualifications * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with at least one year of school remaining. * Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and data analysis tools. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges. * Must be available to work [full-time/part-time] during the internship period. Please Note: This role is a year-round opportunity that requires the selected candidate to work 15 - 20 hours per week during the school year, and as many as 40 hours per week during the summer.
