Territory Coverage: Cincinnati, OH What you'll be doing Working autonomously to achieve sales quotas and metrics through the direct promotion and sale of our pharmacy portfolio which includes generic injectables, ready to use injectable premixes and oncology products. Calling on current and prospective hospital customers with a primary focus on the pharmacy department through effective sales presentations, providing technical product information, managing customer contracts and prices and supporting new product launches. Monitoring sales against forecasts, implementing sales strategies to attain assigned sales volume and participating in the determination of market potential for the territory. Working closely with regional manager, customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Providing customer feedback to sales and marketing personnel for the potential development of marketing strategy, product needs and pricing. Promoting the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing relationships and activities. What you'll bring Bachelors Degree with 3+ years experience or 6+ years of relevant experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Previous hospital pharmacy sales experience is preferred. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication, both written and oral, as well as negotiation, influencing and presentation skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies. Ability to understand and adapt to customer changing needs. Strong business acumen and knowledge of sales processes. Candidate must live within the territory. Must have a valid driver's license. This is a field sales role. At least 50% travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel. #LI-AJ1 We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.
